New solar panel installation: Solar panel installation supported by European funds.
At Ses Roquetes, we are firmly committed to a more sustainable, environmentally friendly future. That’s why we have installed a self-consumption photovoltaic system made up of 53 solar panels, with a total capacity of 25 kWp, with the aim of reducing our ecological footprint and improving the energy efficiency of our facilities. The total investment amounted to €22,990.
Thanks to this initiative, we will reduce our electricity consumption by almost 50%, taking a decisive step towards energy self-sufficiency and sustainability.
This project has been financed by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, through the Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència and the Pla d’Inversions per a la Transició Energètica de les Illes Balears (PITEIB), under the SME support programme. €12,336.00 has been received from the PITEIB programme.
With this initiative, we actively contribute to the Balearic Islands’ energy transition and the fight against climate change, reinforcing our commitment to responsible, innovative tourism aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
